Insta ILS from Finland and S&K Logistics Services from Georgia, USA, have made a Distribution Agreement for marketing and sales of Insta ILS products and services on mutually agreed territories and customers. The main products are the Insta Pilot Breath Air Monitor (IPBAM) and the Insta Active Noise Reduction system (ANR). IPBAM is a hypoxia early warning system for aircrew that reduces the risk of physiological events. ANR protects air and ground crew from hearing damages and provides improved radio communication and speech intelligibility.

Jälleenmyyntisopimus Insta ILS:n tuotteista

Insta ILS Oy on tehnyt 7.1.2019 voimaan astuneen sopimuksen yhdysvaltalaisen S&K Logistics Systems, llc:n kanssa Insta ILS:n tuotteiden jälleenmyynnistä sovittavilla markkina-alueilla ja sovituille asiakkaille. Tärkeimmät myytävät tuotteet ovat ensivaiheessa IPBAM-hengitysilmamonitori ja ANR-kuulosuojainsovellus. IPBAM antaa lentokoneen miehistölle ennakkovaroituksen happivajeesta tai ohjaamopaineen alenemasta. ANR puolestaan suojaa miehistöä tai maahenkilökuntaa kuulovaurioilta, parantaa radioliikenteen kuuluvuutta sekä parantaa yhteistoiminnan turvallisuutta.

S&K Group, johon S&K Logistics Systems kuuluu, oli viime vuonna 43. suurin toimittaja USA:n valtion hallinnolle. S&K:n omistavat Montanassa kotipaikkaa pitävät USA:n alkuperäisväestöön kuuluvat Salish- ja Kootenai –intiaaniheimot. S&K Logistics Services on luokiteltu pieneksi erityisyhtiöksi SBA 8(a), joka nauttii USA:n valtion hallinnon hankkeissa tiettyjä erityisoikeuksia ja voi saada tilauksia myös ilman vapaata kilpailutusta. S&K:n asiakkaisiin kuuluvat mm. kaikki US Air Forcen Foreign Military Sales (FMS) asiakkaat, joille se myy yksinoikeudella kaikki ns. non-standard tarvikkeet vapaassa kilpailussa voittamallaan sopimuksella, jonka arvo on noin 5,9 MrdUSD vuosina 2016-2026 mennessä.
