Last month, S&K’s Chili Cook-Off team, Buffa-Low-Orbit Chili, brought the heat at the Johnson Space Center Chili Cook-Off, joining 52 other teams made up of NASA groups and contractors.
Led by team captain Eric Giler-Tomala and lead cook Charlie Counts, the team did a fantastic job representing S&K and engaging with attendees. Our booth, featuring a TeePee setup and bison-themed offerings, attracted a lot of public interest throughout the day.
In addition to the chili competition, team members Noah and Muhammad also competed in the event’s cornhole tournament.
