S&K Technologies, Inc (SKT) announced today that their subsidiary, International Towers, LLC (ITL) recently acquired the assets of Florida-based Southeastern Towers, LLC (SET) to expand their services and capability portfolio, with a particular emphasis on East Coast projects.
ITL President, Doug Gratzer, stated, “ITL provides services nationwide with an emphasis in the Southwest. Acquiring SET expands ITL’s existing Florida-based operations and ITL’s service and capability offering into East Coast Cellular and Broadband communications, tower and broadcast, Land Mobile Radio infrastructure, and security markets. Much like ITL, SET has grown based on hard work and dedication into a well-respected employer and service provider. We are glad to welcome the SET Team into the SKT enterprise.”
