24/7 Managed IT Support for PSNS & IMF
As part of a long-standing subcontract supporting the Navy’s Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), S&K delivers comprehensive managed IT services, including Tier 1 Help Desk support, desktop services, and technical operations for more than 12,800 users. Our 24/7 Help Desk handles enterprise-wide incidents, troubleshooting, system migrations, and end-user support across a high-demand environment.
Our technicians manage all moves, adds, and changes for hardware and software; oversee the stocking, delivery, and disposal of IT equipment through DoD-approved processes; support deployment of commercial and government applications; and plan and execute large-scale Windows and device migrations. S&K has supported this critical DoD IT support program since 2010.
RAMPOD Software & Network Support for the U.S. Air Force
Under the Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability for Pods (RAMPOD) program, S&K provides secure software maintenance, network support, and data processing services for Air Force systems. This includes application updates, database management, systems engineering analysis, and global support to RAMPOD user sites across the DoD.
S&K operates the complete RAMPOD Test and Development infrastructure from an off-site secure facility near Robins Air Force Base, ensuring high availability, cybersecurity compliance, and timely delivery of software updates. Since 2013, this contract has demonstrated our ability to sustain and modernize specialized Department of Defense IT applications supporting worldwide operations.
Additional Federal IT Support Services
S&K’s federal IT support portfolio spans a wide range of mission requirements from SharePoint development for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to AutoCAD and 3D technical services for the U.S. Forest Service. We also provide specialized government IT support across multiple agencies, including NASA. For the NASA Engineering Directorate, S&K delivers data center management, IT security, application services, and technical operations supporting more than 40 labs and 1,150 devices. Alongside our contributions to NASA’s Engineering Product Integration Contract, we’ve provided robotics and simulation IT support through the IRCSS program.
