Our employees would like to express our sorrow over the passing of Tony Incashola Sr, who served as the Director of the Salish-Qlisp’e Culture Committee.Tony was a great source of knowledge on Salish-Qlisp’e culture and language. He was also a warrior for our Tribes, having served in Vietnam, and would return to the Reservation after his service in the war. More than 45 years ago, Tony was recruited by fellow Tribal Elder, Johnny Arlee, to join a project to revitalize Salish-Qlisp’e culture and language, which would eventually become the Salish-Pend d’Orielle (Qlisp’e) Culture Committee. He dedicated the remainder of his life to preservation and education efforts for the Tribal membership and future generations. The passing of Tony is a huge loss for the Tribes and community, but due to his dedication in imparting his knowledge to younger generations of tribal members, his influence will not be forgotten. S&K Technologies sends our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. Lemlemtš Tony, for all your work. ... See MoreSee Less
