Materials Engineering Services supports a vast array of industries – any manufacturer that uses metals, ceramics, plastics, composites, or hybrid materials to manufacture parts, or any operator that must maintain structures whether it is fleets of aircraft or networks of pipeline. Materials Engineering includes part design, process design, material property evaluation, failure analysis, and much more. At SKT-Dayton Operations, our staff leverages its decades of experience in the aerospace, automotive, and related industries to help our customers solve problems. SKT-Dayton specializes in four areas of materials engineering: Corrosion Prevention; Materials Analysis and Testing; Non Destructive Inspection; and Airframe Structural Teardown & Assessment.
