SeaPort-e In 2007, SKT was awarded the Navy’s SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) contracting vehicle. This vehicle provides for the procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management Services for the Navy Virtual SYSCOM Commanders.
