FAA Support Services SKT provides comprehensive information technology for the Federal Aviation Administration that includes a mixture of personnel, management, and services. Below is a listing of our current support services.
- LDR Support – Labor Distribution and Reporting System administration including installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software.
- Infrastructure Support – we install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and document the Information Technology Infrastructure. We also provide recommendations for improvements as technology changes, while following industry Best Practices and applicable ANM ATS-IRM standards, procedures & policies.
- Desktop/LAN Operational Support – these services provide the FAA with hardware and software maintenance, help desk support, end user service, troubleshooting of hardware and software, virus protection, and contingency of operations/disaster recovery.
- Systems Development and Maintenance – this work is the process through which new applications or components of applications are created, and existing applications are maintained. This includes the maintenance of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) packages, and applications that are developed accordance with a system development methodology appropriate to the requirements of the system.

DOI Support Services Under this broad de-centralized contract, SKT performs information technology architecture development and information technology applications, systems engineering and technical analysis services, financial and administrative support, instructional systems development, and support services to various government programs and departments. USACE Support Services SKT is performing computer-aided design (CAD) services in an effort to upgrade the computerized control system at various northwest Dams. This includes the conversion of technical drawings from hardcopy originals of wiring diagrams, control drawings, and network drawings. In addition, we provide electrical and control system engineering to develop and design modifications to existing plant equipment and systems. We prepare engineering justifications, design studies, and cost estimates, and develop detailed installation plans and technical specifications for materials and equipment.

USAF Repair and Return SKT provides management services for the depot level repair and modification of F-15 aircraft components. We have developed and manage a systematic approach to managing program schedules, costs of repairs, performance issues, and determining qualified subcontractors and Sources of Repair. This work is in support of the Royal Saudi Air Force F-15 program, and other customers of the USAF Program Management Office.

Air Vehicle Health Maintenance Under this broad contract, SKT performs technical management, administrative support, and a wide range of research and development for various government agencies.

Example Projects
- Structural Maintenance Information Management System- modify and implement electronic data capture systems at the depot-level such that damage and repair data critical to damage tolerance analysis and fleet management is captured electronically and stored. Data is stored in such a way as to facilitate engineering analysis.
- NDI for Complex Structure - developing prototype inspection probes for inspection of difficult to access complex structure on the C-5 and C-130 aircraft.
- 3D Modeling for Repair Maintenance Training - directed at developing virtual models of the KC-135 fuel tank system for training AMC maintenance technicians.
- Structural Analysis and Air Vehicle Health Management - implementation of corrosion sensors on selected C-5A aircraft to enhance condition based maintenance decision making.
- 3D Modeling/Electronic Work Instruction System – implemented at WR-ALC in the F-15 work shop.
