S&K Technologies, Inc.(SKT), Aerospace Operations developed and implemented a Quality Management System in order to document the company’s best business practices, better satisfy the requirements and expectations of its customers and improve the overall management of the company.
Management is committed to the development, implementation, and improvement of the quality management system by communicating to the employees the importance of meeting Quality Management System, customer and regulatory requirements, establishing quality policy and objectives, conducting periodic management reviews and making necessary resources available.
Internal audits are planned and conducted at defined intervals to determine whether the Quality Management System complies with stated, customer and/or regulatory requirements and is effectively implemented. Audits are scheduled based on the status and importance of the processes to be audited and prior audit results.
It is with great pleasure to announce that our certification audit was without non-conformances. Our team of Managers have worked together to ensure that we have a “solid value added quality management program” in place.
